1. After drying your hair with a towel, please take moderate amount of the hair oil and stretch it out.
2. Apply it to the ends of your hair, then dry it with a hair dryer.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
