Dr Teal’s Shea Sugar Body Scrub is formulated with Shea Butter, Sugar, and Essential Oils to exfoliate and smooth skin. A calming blend of Melatonin, Lavender & Chamomile essential oils help calm the mind for a good night’s sleep, while Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, and Avocado Oil moisturize the skin.
Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Polysorbate-20, Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Silica, Fragrance (Parfum), Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Simmondsia Chinesis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Retinyl Palmitate Persea Gratissiama (Avocado) Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil.
Massage onto wet skin in circular motions, focusing on rough, dry areas. Rinse thoroughly. Great for use in bath or shower, or as a hand scrub.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
