It is a scrub rich in Moroccan argan oil, Aker Fassi, and vitamin E. It works to exfoliate the dead skin layer, lighten the skin, and nourish it. It is suitable for knees, elbows, and sensitive areas
White sugar,honey,glycerin,argania spinosa kernel oil,prunus amygdalus bdulcis oil, butyrospermum parkii butter,cera alba,cocos nucifera oil, aker fassi powder,vitamin E,Fragrance.
Apply the scrub 1 to 2 times a week on your previously cleaned skin.You will then simply massage the product on your face and body with your hands or a washcloth making circular and gentle movements.Leave for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with wqarm water.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
