1. Peel off the transparent film attached to the Collagen Film.
2. Adhere it to the face by holding the white collagen side inwards (facing the skin).
3. Remove the outer sheet, leaving the collagen film on the fabric.
4. Let the Collagen Film absorb into the skin by spraying Collagen Ampoule Mist.
5. Once all the collagen has melted and absorbed into your skin, the process is complete. Finish off by spraying more Collagen Ampoule Mist.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
