White sugar,honey,glycerin,argania spinosa kernel oil,prunus amygdalus bdulcis oil, butyrospermum parkii butter,cera alba,cocos nucifera oil, aker fassi powder,vitamin E,Fragrance.
Apply the scrub 1 to 2 times a week on your previously cleaned skin.You will then simply massage the product on your face and body with your hands or a washcloth making circular and gentle movements.Leave for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with wqarm water.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
