1.Wet your skin and the soap, then lather the soap between your hands.
2.Apply the lather onto your skin and gently massage in circular motions.
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
