Sea Salt, Glycerin, Sucrose, Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Elaeis Guineensis Oil, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-200 Hydrogenated Glyceryl Palmate, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter*, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Rubus Idaeus Fruit Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopherol, Parfum
Apply the scrub to wet skin and massage it into the skin in a circular motion. Then rinse it off with warm water. Apply it once or twice a week to give the skin a silky softness. For external use only.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
