1. For semi-dry hair after towel drying or dry hair.
2. Can be used any time of the day or night.
3. For a natural gloss and light finish.
4. After towel drying, when your hair is half dry, please take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and spread it over both hands.
5. Then apply to the entire hair, focusing on the ends.
For medium-length hair, 1 push is recommended, but please adjust depending on the amount of hair and degree of damage.
6. When your hair is dry, apply an appropriate amount to the areas where you want to add gloss.1.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
