1. Distribute evenly between palms first.
2. Apply to wet hair and lather fully.
3. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. (For more intense toning, leave on up to 5 minutes.)

This is my second purchase. It literally feels like butter on the skin. It helped with dryness around my eyes.
It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
