1. Apply a proper amount onto lips, and massage with a finger.
2. Leave on for few minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
