We offer efficient and customer-friendly shipping and delivery services across Qatar and the GCC. Here's a comprehensive overview of our delivery schedule and shipping rates

Express Delivery    : QAR 40
Standard Delivery : Inside Doha - QAR 25
                                      Outside Doha - QAR 35

Delivery Schedule – Qatar : For standard delivery, orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered the same day. For express delivery, orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered within 2 hours. 
Note: No deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays

Shipping 

GCC Delivery : We ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. All parcels are shipped from Qatar, and shipping costs are calculated based on package weight.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery   : 5–9 working days
Express Delivery     : 4–5 working days
Free Shipping           : Orders above QAR 550

Customs & Duties : Customs taxes are not included in the product price and may be charged before delivery. Customs-related fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. If a customer refuses a package due to customs issues (such as refusal to pay taxes or failure to provide required documents), no refund or reshipment will be provided.

Lost or Damaged Parcels : Customers must inform us within 2 days if the delivery status is marked “Delivered” but the package has not been received. In cases of incorrect address or contact information, we will email or contact to request the correct details. Failure to respond within the period set by the shipping company will result in the package being returned.

Shipping & Processing Time :Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery times exclude processing days and may vary depending on the destination and possible carrier delays. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays and bank holidays.
