Does Myriad Beauty guarantee authenticity of products?
We are committed to bringing you only 100% authentic products. Myriad Beauty guarantees the authenticity of every product in our website. All products are sourced either from authorized and verified distributors or directly from the brands.
How long can I keep using the product after opening?
You may check the expiration date, usually printed directly on the product or Period After Opening (POA) symbol to refer to the time a product remains usable after opening.
Can I send an item back if I have a reaction to it?
Please stop using the product immediately if you suffered a reaction from it and contact our Customer Care Team. Please note that we do not hold responsibility for such cases. However, we will try our best to resolve any issue as we possibly can. We may refer you to the main manufacturer of the product for them to directly issue your concern.
How do I know when an item will be restocked?
If a product is out of stock, register your email in the ‘Notify Me When Available’ to get a notification email once the product is back in stock. Also, you’re welcome to visit our website and check.

Which method of payment do you accept?
Qatar: We accept payment via cash on delivery, card on delivery and all major credit cards through the website.
Other GCC countries: We only accept card payments via SkipCash payment gateway.

We currently deliver within Qatar and to all GCC countries

Do you offer store pickup?
Yes! Customers can select Store Pickup during checkout.
Pickup Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
How much is the cost of delivery?
Delivery Rates:
- Inside Doha - QAR 25.00
- Outside Doha - QAR 30.00
- Express Delivery - QAR 40.00
Shipping Rates: Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and differs depending on the shipping method and destination country. You can check the delivery fee after selecting the country and delivery method on Checkout.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 3:00 PM . Express deliveries are delivered within 2 hours.
Note: No deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays
For other GCC countries: You can expect your package in 3 - 4 business days.
What should I do if my order arrives incomplete or if I received a wrong order?
We take extra care in making sure that you receive what you ordered. In the case where there was an item missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team ASAP. Kindly attach a photo of what you received, so we can resolve the issue. For missing items, we will have to check with the warehouse so we can arrange another delivery as soon as we can. In the event that the missing item is already out of stock, a refund will be processed.
Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
Kindly note that we are unable to do refunds however, we can do return and replacement in case that the parcel was damaged. That includes any leakage, breakages, and any sign that the parcel was tampered with. You can send an email at hello@myriadbeauty.com with photos showing how the parcel was damaged including all details. Please leave the package retained as it is, until we resolve the issue.

How do i request a return?
To request a return, please reach out to our Customer Care team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process arrange a pickup.
Gift Cards
When will my gift card expire?
All gift cards will expire on 31 December 2025, regardless of the purchase date.
Can I extend the expiry date?
Unfortunately, expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended.
What happens if I don’t use my gift card before it expires?
Any unused balance will be forfeited after 31 December 2025.
Can I use my gift card for sale or promotional items?
Yes, gift cards can be used on any eligible products available on our website.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
