Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's Soaking Solution under warm, running bath water.
Soak for 20 minutes, and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
