Water (Aqua, Eau), Fragrance (Parfum), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil (Chamomile), Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil (Sandalwood), Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polysorbate 20, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycereth 2-Cocoate, Lactic Acid, Benzophenone-4, Panthenol, Potassium Sorbate, Disodium Edta.
1. Shake the Dr Teal's Sleep Spray bottle before use. 2. Spray it on bedding, in the shower, or around the bedroom for a calming effect. 3. Fill a bathtub with warm water. 4. Add the Epsom Salt Soaking Solution to the bath. 5. Stir the water to dissolve the salts. 6. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes for relaxation and stress relief.
