DOES MYRIAD BEAUTY GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS?
We are committed to bringing you only 100% authentic products. Myriad Beauty guarantees the authenticity of every product in our website. All products are sourced either from authorized and verified distributors or directly from the brands.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP USING THE PRODUCT AFTER OPENING?
You may check the expiration date, usually printed directly on the product or Period After Opening (POA) symbol to refer to the time a product remains usable after opening.

CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK IF I HAVE A REACTION TO IT?
Please stop using the product immediately if you suffered a reaction from it and contact our Customer Care Team. Please note that we do not hold responsibility for such cases. However, we will try our best to resolve any issue as we possibly can. We may refer you to the main manufacturer of the product for them to directly issue your concern.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ITEM WILL BE RESTOCKED?
If a product is out of stock, register your email in the ‘Notify Me When Available’ to get a notification email once the product is back in stock. Also, you’re welcome to visit our website and check.

WHICH METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Qatar:
We accept payment via cash on delivery, card on delivery and all major credit cards through the website.

Kuwait and Oman:
We accept payment on all major credit cards through the website.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to Kuwait and Oman via DHL Express.

Minimum shipment will be charged KWD 6 for the first 2 kilos.

Oman:
Minimum shipment will be charged OMR 7 for the first 2 kilos.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

We offer same day delivery on orders before 4:00PM to all areas in Qatar. The delivery schedule is arranged according to area. You can expect your package between 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, for requests beyond our delivery timings, a special delivery charge of QAR 10 will be added. No deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays.

Kuwait and Oman:
All orders before 12PM will be processed on the same day. Shipping will take within 3-5 business days. No deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES INCOMPLETE OR IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ORDER?
Myriad Beauty takes extra care in making sure that you receive what you ordered. In the case where there was an item missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team ASAP. Kindly attach a photo of what you received, so we can resolve the issue. For missing items, we will have to check with the warehouse so we can arrange another delivery as soon as we can. In the event that the missing item is already out of stock, a refund will be processed through your credit card.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Kindly note that we do not do refunds however, we can do return and replacement in the case in which the parcel was damaged. That includes any leakage, breakages, and any sign that the parcel was tampered with. You can send an email at info@myriadbeauty.com with photos showing how the parcel was damaged including all details. Please leave the package retained as it is, until we resolve the issue.

ARE GIFT CARDS REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately, our Gift Cards are non-refundable, any remaining balance cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

HOW LONG ARE THE GIFT CARDS VALID FOR?
Our Gift Cards have no expiry date.

CAN I USE THE GIFT CARD MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes, you can! If you have a balance left, then you may use it towards your next purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW THE BALANCE AVAILABLE IN THE GIFT CARD?
You can check the balance of your Gift Card by emailing us at info@myriadbeauty.com.

IS SHIPPING FEE INCLUSIVE IN THE GIFT CARD VALUE?
No, shipping fee is not included. The value of the Gift Card can only be used to purchase products in our website.
