1. Soak away discomfort from sore muscles: Pour at least 2 cups under warm, running bath water.
2. Soak for 20 minutes and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort caused by sore muscles.

a handful with your favorite body wash.

It absorbs into the skin quickly and after i finish my entire skincare it feels light and not heavy. I have oily skin and this product doesn't feel sticky at all. For me the reedle shot didn't hurt at all. It barely felt prickly sometimes.
